Over the years GoRaise has worked with hundreds of fundraisers. We’ve noticed that the most successful ones know have three killer things in common.

The first thing they focus on is time – That’s not to say they have more time than the rest of us, they aren’t superhuman they are just really good at organising their time. Top fundraisers block out time in their diary. They switch off all their distractions and spend that uninterrupted time really thinking about how they are going to maximise their donations.

2. WE BELIEVE IN YOU

STAY STRONG – The best of them have incredible resilience. They get back on the horse, the pick themselves up, they throw caution to the wind, they brush the dust off their shoulders (you get what we’re saying don’t you?). They speak to everyone involved in their projects and take onboard all the feedback they receive. Learning from their mistakes they crush the next project, bigger better stronger with every attempt.

3. WE GOT YOUR BACK

Support. The best fundraisers out there surround themselves with a bunch of wonderful people who they can rely on no matter what. These people give them a laugh and always know how to make them feel better when the going gets tough.
