1485 No Frills Duathlon 4K Run. 21K Cycle. 4K Run

This is an Annual event 1485 have done Each Spring and Autumn. The run is contained inside the park (2 laps )then the cycle is on public highway a well used route for such events in the past. then its back into the water park for the final 2 laps of the run. This Event usually fills up quite quick as its a very popular low cost Club Event, Early Entry is Advised.
