Absolute Running 1k Dash Series Race Three

The Absolute Running 1k Dash Summer Series should appeal to sprinters of all abilities. The 1k dash takes place on the second tuesday of each month and is a fast, flat, out and back dash. The course takes you along the scenic Stokes Bay promenade then returning to finish near Bayside Cabin.
