BHF Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5K

Follow in the footsteps of Pavey & Farah to fund life saving research by taking part in the British Heart Foundation Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Run. You can take on a 5k or 10k run on this inspiring course that takes in views of the Olympic Park where Team GB won 65 medals in 2012. The 5k loop is traffic-free on the paths around the park and starts & finishes on the North West lawns in the heart of the Olympic Park. You’ll pass the Copper Box Arena and Lee Valley VeloPark taking in views of the London Stadium before passing the wetlands and the famous Olympic rings. Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event. It’s the money you raise that powers our life saving research. Your entry includes: • A medal for all finishers • An exclusive Heart Runners technical t-shirt • Training guidance • Fundraising support • Medical support • Full route signage & marshals • Water on the finish line
