Ebbor Gorge is just 10 miles from Cheddar Gorge and is a smaller version of it’s big brother, formed under the same conditions over 350 million year ago as glacial melt water cut into the limestone rock Now this 150 acre site is designated a national nature reserve, owned by the National Trust and managed by Natural England. We are very excited to have the opportunity to hold the first ever running events around this very unique and special location. There is a good mix of terrain from woodland trails, rocky climbs and open fields with great views over to Glastonbury Tor. An all round round trail shoe would be the best option if you have one available. There is a 5km and a kids 500m fun run.
