Gung-Ho! Cardiff

Gung-Ho! is an inflatable 5K obstacle course. We have some of Europe’s largest inflatables obstacles which are places around a 5K route in different locations and venues. Gung-Ho! is open to all people no matter if you’re a seasoned marathon runner or if you just fancy joining in the fun, everyone that wants to take part can. For 2018 we are adding some brand new record breaking obstacles that you won’t want to miss.
