Houghton 11K Trail Run

Very tranquil setting. There are always excellent reviews from the participants about the organisation and the routes. On the 11K Trail run, there is a slow climb at the start which is a bit rutted and at 3 miles, watch out for tree roots along the path. After that, it’s plain sailing (one or two stiles..). Beautiful setting. The cycle follows a separate route and will start ahead of the runners. The 32K trail cycle also boasts stunning scenery with one or two steep hills. There is also a 14Km trail cycle and 5K cycle which are all off road. Slightly rough in places but perfect for kids. The 4K fun run is all off-road and flat. Our grateful thanks go to Up & Running in Southampton, Hobbs the Printers in Totton, Hildon Water in Broughton, The Trophy Box and Emma Wightman, Osteopath, both in Stockbridge for supporting this event.
