Isle of Wight Festival of Running – Needles 5k

The Needles 5k is a new event and part of the Isle of Wight Festival of Running. The route is perfect anyone who has completed a Couch to 5K programme. Starting out from the Sports Centre they will take you through the twists and turns of the footpaths running through the stunning Freshwater countryside.
