A running weekend for ladies lasting from Friday evening to Sunday lunch time. Ideal for those who have run 5k and would like to increase to 10k and develop their technique. Organised and hosted by female coaches with a passion for running and helping others to improve. Sessions to include guided runs, drills and technique, how to plan your training, yoga for runners. Also plenty of opportunity to chat and socialise with other runners. Based on the edge of Nene Park in Peterborough it offers the opportunity to run into the park on paths and footpaths.
