Mama’s Day 10K & 1K Fun Walk/Stroller Push

Support Safe Motherhood with a 10K run beginning at Carrier Park and continuing along the French Broad River. Included is a walk for mother’s to come out and spend time with the whole family! Proceeds benefit Mama Maisha, an Asheville-based non-profit making motherhood safer in Tanzania. Pregnancy complication-related deaths are rare in developed countries, but in Tanzania, one mother dies every single hour. So come get amazing prizes from local crafters, enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and support a great cause! Through 3/31/17 $35 fee, 4/1/17-4/30/17 $40.00 fee, 5/1/17-Race Day $45.00 fee.
