The whole event is off road, consisting of tracks, concrete paths, grass and running round fields. It is relatively flat and normal running shoes should suffice. Unfortunately the course is not suitable for disabled athletes. Car Parking and changing facilities at Start/Finish area. Food and refreshments available to purchase
