Description
The White Horse Half-Marathon is in its 35th year. The flat course lends itself to those seeking a PB and is voted in the top 10 on Runners World. It follows a single-lap route through quiet country villages in the Vale of the White Horse, a corner of England named after the intriguing horse figure cut into the area’s striking chalk hillside. At around 3,000 years old and 374 feet long, the Bronze Age spectacle – Britain’s oldest and most famous hill figure – is an epic backdrop to this beautiful race.
