FUNDRAISE LTD operates www.goraise.co.uk (the ‘Site’) and is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 09381335 and with a registered office at 92 Whitton View, Rothbury, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE65 7QN hereinafter referred to as ‘GoRaise’ or ‘We’. In these terms, references to ‘You’ and ‘Your’ shall mean the user visiting the Site. We set out the following terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) to govern Your use of the Site. By using or visiting the Site, You expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.
